The appearance will be Francey’s first in London since last year’s Home County Folk Festival, and his first ever at the historic Aeolian Hall. The event is being produced by CPT Entertainment Inc. Hanna, a former Fanshawe College graduate, will make the trip from Nashville, Tennessee for a one-night-only engagement at the historic Purple Hill Country Event Centre (formerly Taylor Auction Centre - pictured at right) in Thorndale on Saturday, October 13. SARNIA GUITARIST JOINS CD, PERFORMANCE EFFORT

Dave Cook of Sarnia, Ontario, has joined Kevin Bulmer to record and perform a CD entitled “I Remember.” Cook, who was born and raised in Sarnia, has been an active professional lead guitar player since the late 1980’s. He got his professional start in Calgary, Alberta, with a country/rock band called El Dorado. He returned to Sarnia in the early 1990’s and later became lead guitar player for the Whiskey River Band, a group that enjoyed several years of regional success in the Lambton County area.

The CD will be released in late July and will be available at this summer’s WAMBO event (August 10, 11 and 12). Bulmer will perform the songs, along with several others, on the Friday night (August 10) and Saturday afternoon (August 11) of the event.
