"CELEBRATING HOPE" WITH HOSPICE OF LONDON FUNDRASING CAMPAIGN ANNOUNCED

At long last, the date is now on the calendar. Kevin's new CD, "No Schedule Man" will be released at a concert in the Big Hall at the London Music Club in London, Ontario on Saturday, June 12th. Kevin will be accompanied by Kevin Gorman and special guest Alyssa Sestric. Doors will open at 7:00 pm and the show will start at 7:30 pm. Another fun video has ben posted on Kevin's new Facebook Fan Page. This time, it's Kevin with the band "Freight Train" performing at Dallas City Limits in Sarnia back in 2000. They do one of their own songs, "Oughta Be a Law" followed by a dog-tired cover of Queen's "Tie Your Mother Down." They were tired, but they had fun. And they showed those that didn't think you could play original songs at a bar that, yes, you can (if your songs are good enough). By the way, the cheers at the beginning of the video are the result of finishing another original song, "Don't Apologize." Join the fan page HERE!

November 10, 2009 - Kevin recently wrote and recorded a song in honour of Sean Alward, who passed away on October 28th after a stoic battle with cancer. After writing the song and then performing it at the funeral service, the song was then recorded along with Kevin Gorman at KG Records in London.

Kevin wishes to express his deepest, heartfelt condolences to the Alward family and network of friends. Sean was a very special individual and will be greatly missed.

WEDDING SONG FEATURED ON FM 96

CPT Entertainment and London’s Best Rock FM 96 teamed up recently to create a personalized wedding song for an on-air promotion called the “Timson Affair.” In promotion of OurWeddingSong.com, Kevin got together with FM 96 morning show co-host Chris “Taz” George and brought producer Kevin Gorman into the project. With Taz writing the lyrics and Kevin Gorman writing and producing the lyrics, a very funny song titled “I Won’t Sell Our Love on Ebay” was born. Kevin and the team from CPT Entertainment have completed another new video production, this time for the “Pit Stop Challenge” game that can be hired for trade shows, fairs, conventions and other events. Kevin co-wrote the script, did the narration, wrote the music soundtrack and played the guitar part for the song, which was co-produced with Kevin Gorman of KG Records. Take a look!

KEVIN HEADS BACK TO BX 93 EVENINGS, LEAVES SATURDAY SHIFT

After another very busy summer filling in for Heidi Reichert on the midday shift (9am to 3pm) on BX 93 Radio, Kevin is pleased to be returning to his weeknight timeslot as of Tuesday, August 25th. In another change, Kevin will no longer be hosting the Saturday night program. After more than two and a half years of hosting the 4 pm to 10 pm show each Saturday, Kevin is leaving the timeslot to allow for more time to focus on CPT Entertainment-related pursuits. Kelly Peter takes over as Saturday evening host on August 23rd.

Kevin has been asked to sit in as guest host for the "London in the Afternoon" show on News Talk 1290 CJBK. Kevin will fill in for show host, Mike Stubbs, on Thursday, June 25 and Friday, June 26 from 4 pm to 6 pm each day. The show is a talk/variety show with a lean toward sports in the second hour. Kevin and Kevin Gorman will be performing the Canadian and American National Anthems on CPT Entertainment Night presented by BX 93, Friday, August 21 at Delaware Speedway. The event will feature NASCAR Whelen All-American Series racing and will mark the first time Kevin has performed the National Anthems since 2006.

KEVIN MOVING TO MIDDAYS THIS SUMMER ON BX 93

Kevin will be moving out – temporarily – of his evening slot on BX 93 Radio this summer. Beginning Monday, June 15, Kevin can be heard weekdays during the day, from 9 am to 3 pm. His Saturday show will remain the same (4 pm to 10 pm). Kevin will return to his regular evening hours near the end of August.

NASCAR CANADIAN TIRE SERIES PRE-RACE PARTY IS JUNE 4th

Since CPT Entertainment has been contracted at Official Sales and Marketing Partner of Delaware Speedway, Kevin and the crew have been working non-stop to get things ready for the arrival of the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series on Saturday, June 6th. A big part of the fun is the lead-up to the race, and with that mind, Kevin and CPT are inviting fans to a free pre-race party at Crabby Joe’s in Strathroy on Thursday, June 4th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

NASCAR Canadian Tire Series drivers confirmed to attend include the season-opening-race winner, Dave Whitlock, along with DJ Kennington, Joey Hanssen and Jason Hathaway. Kennington and Hanssen’s cars will be on display. Race fans are welcome to stop by, visit with the drivers, collect autographs and take photos.

Whitlock, Kennington and Hathaway all took part in the CPT Racing Experience event at the Western Fair Agriplex in London last January.

MyFM Radio (105.7 FM in Strathroy) will also be at Crabby Joe’s for the event. MyFM is also giving away tickets to listeners in the days leading up to the race on June 6th.

Crabby Joe’s Strathroy is the sponsor of the newly refurbished Crabby Joe’s Patio at Delaware Speedway. The restaurant is located at 323 Caradoc Street in Strathroy. Reservations for the Crabby Joe’s Patio can be made by contacting CPT Entertainment.

Kevin and the team at CPT Entertainment are excited to announced that Carnival Cruise Lines has come on board (no pun intended) with CPT's upcoming London International Travel Show! As part of its involvement with the event, Carnival Cruise Lines will give away a three-day cruise and conduct a seminar called “Carnival Cruise Lines: Fun For All. All For Fun.” Carnival Cruise Lines will also be recognized as the sponsor of the area where a variety of helpful seminars will be held for show visitors. It will be referred to as the “Carnival Celebration Show Stage.”
